Fiber optic installation and repair requires physical fitness, and some companies require load handling personnel up to 50 pounds. or more employees may be needed to master construction equipment and work in enclosed and erected spaces, such as crawling spaces and pavements. It is very important to know hand tools, including stripping tools, crimping tools and diagnostic equipment.
